Follow the recommendations of storage on the labels to make sure that the meat stays fresh and lasts longer. Store your meat separately to avoid dripping on other food in the freezer. Also, never store your meat dishes cooked with raw meat.

We recommend that you take the meat packing and divide the meat into smaller portions and transfer to smaller containers that provide some airflow. By doing this, you only have to thaw the quantity required for each meal and not thaw the whole package just to freeze again. But remember to stick a note on each portion of the expiration date.

If the meat is vacuum-sealed, then you can safely store it unopened for 4-6 weeks. Ideal storage temperatures in your refrigerator should be set at 4-5 degrees Celsius and the freezer should be maintained at 15 to 18 degrees Celsius.

The best way to thaw your meat would transfer to the refrigerator from the freezer for as long as it takes to thaw completely. This take much longer, but as it is the safest way to thaw the meat, it would be a good idea to plan ahead. Steaks can be taken at night, if you're going to cook the next day.

Do not re-freeze raw meat after thawing affects the quality of the meat; Instead, Cook the meat and then freeze it.

Paying attention to the labels and instructions for storage, can be sure to buy high-quality meat that stays fresh longer. This means that not only eat healthier but also save some money in the long run.
