Why It Is Important to Choose the Best Breakfast for You and How to Never Miss It

Good breakfast is just necessary if you want to be active and energetic through the whole day. The problem most people have with breakfast is that they commonly make up excuses for not having it every day. They either tell themselves they don't have enough time or that they can't decide how to make the best breakfast for them.


A proper breakfast charges our body with strength and energy. Nutritionists believe that if you don't have breakfast regularly, this may result in metabolism issues. While everyone might have a sense for choosing their best breakfast meals, it's always better to choose the healthy alternatives.


If you currently don't have a solid breakfast habit, then start to gradually condition the mind and body that the morning meal is really the most important one.This can be done easily and naturally.


The first step is to decide that you are willing to experiment and start eating in the morning. Then, just choose those foods which are the best for breakfast and which will make you feel good. This way, you will eventually become addicted to eating breakfast because you will immediately see the results of it- getting in good mental and physical state faster and more energy during the day.


Since many people find it hard to wake up earlier when they begin to set up their habit to have good breakfast everyday, I will give you two proven solutions for this.


Here's the first one- when you hear that horrible sound of the alarm clock, get a book (a magazine might do the work also) and start reading it right away, while you are still in bed. As long as is it something of interest to you, you will find out that your mind gets more and more awakened. This is because it doesn't have the time to start thinking things like "well, I guess I can stay in bed for 30 minutes more instead of having breakfast". Your mind focuses on the book and this helps you get out of that sleepy mental space.


And the second method is this: first, change the sound of the alarm you use to wake up in the morning. Then condition yourself to get out of bed and do something physical when you hear it. Here's how you do this: get into your bed and set the alarm to ring after 10 minutes. Then jump out of bed instantly when you hear it ringing. Start doing something physical- push-ups, jumping, breathing deeply, yoga, anything. It doesn't matter how sleepy you feel after 10 minutes of lying in your bed, you have to get up immediately. Do this at least 4 times. This conditions your mind to have the response of getting up when you hear this particular sound. And you've guessed it- the next time you hear it in the morning it will be much easier to get up and start exercising. The physical part is to wake your body up quickly.
